Our Story

Dr. Garlan Lo founded Puente Hills Eye Care Center in 1988 with the vision of providing world-class eye care to his local community. Dr. Garlan Lo’s daughter, Dr. Danielle Lo, joined the practice in 2020 and Dr. Michael Chua joined in 2021. In 2026, they opened Chino Hills Eye Care Center to serve Chino Hills and its surrounding community. Through all of these years, our mission has remained the same: to take care of you and your vision.

While modern medicine is becoming increasingly corporate, we pride ourselves on being a small, community-based practice. Exceptional patient care is our number one priority , and we remain committed to treating each of our patients with the care they deserve.

We offer medical services in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Korean.
